1. Start with a compliment.        WARM Feedback    :)

 Look for what is "good" in the art work.  Look for the principles of animation and comment on them. Always be friendly polite and professional.

2. Comment on the comments

   Read and refer to other comments. Do you agree or disagree with what other people are saying?

3. How can it be better?              Cool Feedback

 Look to see how they can use the 12 principles of animation to improve their work.  

4. Be SPECIFIC !!!!!

  NO   It needs more " squash and stretch" more timing"     YES        Be specific. "The leaf needs to slow down at the top of the first turn. You can do this by adding more drawings that are closer together. You can then speed up the leaf by adding less drawings and stretch the leaf out inbetween as it goes faster.
